Rippa Rugby

Last week Junior and Jordan came to our school and gave us a lesson on Rippa Rugby. First they gave us some velcro belts and rips and then we got up and played a little game. It was called finding space. What you had to do was run around and find the most space on the field and if you got the most space you got to build anything you want in your space. I won twice I built a skatepark and a bike, scooter and clothing store.
Next we practiced passing. We got split up into two groups and stood in a line. The person at the start of the line had a rugby ball and then Jordan said go, we raced to see which team could pass the ball the fastest down the line. My team lost. Next we stayed in our groups and stood in a line. We all got numbers. I was number 5. We were standing as if we were the out line of a rugby field and then when Jordan called a number both of the numbers from each side had to run into the middle of our pretend rugby field and one person had a rugby ball and the other person had to try and rip off the rips. If the person with the rugby ball got past they had to score a try.
